The Chicago Bulls will attempt clinching a No. 1 seed in the regular season for the third time in the Tom Thibodeau era.

The Bulls' 2013-14 season will begin on Oct. 29 when the defending champions host Derrick Rose and company Opening Night in Miami. LeBron James and the Heat will have their championship ceremony and celebrate their NBA Finals victory.

For the fourth season in a row, the Bulls will play on Christmas. In a rematch of last year's intense first-round seven-game series against the Brooklyn Nets, the Bulls will travel to Barclays Arena and try to defeat Deron Williams' team once again.

The Bulls' home opener will be Oct. 31 when the New York Knicks visit the United Center.
